0 to 3 years

0 to 3 yearsBabies will start learning about their surroundings from the moment they are born, and even before that they start to recognise familiar sounds. By the time children are 3 years old, they have learned a staggering amount. They listen, speak, sing, recognise people and places, draw pictures, feed themselves and put on some of their own clothes.

From the start, you as a parent - together with other members of your immediate family - have been your child's most important helpers in all this. Find out information about choosing childcare, the importance of reading and more by clicking the relevant links on the left-hand side.
